Case Summary:
On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abby Williams and Libby German were found near the Monon High Bridge Trail in Delphi, Indiana. The case went unsolved until suspect Richard Allen was arrested on October 26, 2022 for the murders. He is currently awaiting trial in Carroll County.
